All quotations provided by Robin Bridge, whether via our online configurator, by telephone or in writing, are subject to:

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation and you have provided acceptance and any required deposit.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Deposits & Payment

We require a deposit prior to manufacturing, the amount of which will be stated in your written quotation. The balance is due on completion of installation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

We accept payment by bank transfer and card. Full payment terms will be set out in your order confirmation.

5. Supply & Installation

We aim to provide accurate lead times at the point of order. Lead times are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, delivery or scheduling factors outside our control. We will notify you of any material delay as soon as reasonably practicable.

Our installation teams are our own directly employed staff. We do not subcontract installations.

6. Surveys & Access

You are responsible for ensuring that reasonable access to the property is available on the agreed survey and installation dates. Abortive visits caused by lack of access may be subject to a charge.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after a written order confirmation has been issued, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation after manufacturing has commenced may result in a charge to cover materials and works already undertaken. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply where relevant.

8. Warranties

Warranty periods vary by product range and are stated in your written quotation and order confirmation. Warranties cover parts and labour for manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. They do not cover:

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin Bridge’s liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the value of that product or service as stated in the relevant order confirmation.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
